4 ex-Nortel Execs Charged With Fraud!

I read yesterday that Securities and Exchange Commission said that it charged four more former officers at Nortel Networks with engaging in accounting fraud. The agency previously charged Nortel's former CEO, CFO, and controller with directing the earnings management fraud in 2003 that manipulated the company's reserves and is seeking civil monetary penalties and officer and director bars. Give me a break these penalties are a joke! These people in 2001 and 2002 destroyed a company that supplied good paying jobs to 115,000 people and when it was over 85,000 plus were without jobs including me! They should be in a state prison with common criminals for a long time!
